【健美冠軍】紙片男2年進化小鮮肉 她擔心女的撲上來

就讀高雄第一科大四年級的男大學生黃琳智,大二時還只是體重51公斤的紙片人,因看到
一張健美照片後,萌生「我應該也可以」的念頭,一頭栽入健美的世界,接過近兩年的苦
練後最後竟變身成壯碩的「小鮮肉」,本月參加全國大專院校健美錦標賽時,更奪下60公
斤組冠軍,讓他相當興奮。
黃琳智說,大二上學期接觸健美前他擅長羽球運動,當時他身高167公分,體重只有51公
斤,常被人笑稱是「瘦皮猴」。而在看到網路健美照片後,他想「變壯穿衣服才好看」因
此開始投入健美訓練後,過程中他靠著書籍及網路影片及資料自我訓練。
他說當時身形如「紙片人」的他當務之急就是增胖,但不斷攝取高蛋白、高熱量的飲食卻
讓造成胃食道逆流,讓他一吃東西就嘔吐,最後只得停止高糖分飲食。
黃說,除了增加體重、每天三個小時的重量訓練外,賽前還需嚴格控制飲食、飲水,最後
在賽前將體重控制到58公斤,並在最後奪下冠軍他坦承「想都沒想過」。
黃說,身為設計系學生,他把自己當作「自己身體的雕刻師」,而從紙片人變身小鮮肉的
過程,他說,現在在健身房訓練,不論男、女,都會常有人主動找他聊天。女友謝舒涵則
說,好處是有個強壯的男友較有安全感,但她也擔心「會不會有女的主動撲上來呀」。
黃琳智也以過來人身分建議紙片人朋友們說,「想變壯吃很重要,訓練只佔三成,還是要
不斷的攝取碳水化合物才能夠長肉」,而對於想要達成健美身材,他說「沒有捷徑,只有
踏實訓練」才能達成。(劉智維/高雄報導)
